John Johnson

    John E. Johnson
    President, Chief Executive Officer, Iteris, Inc.

    Jack Johnson has served as a Vice President of Odetics (now Iteris Holdings, Inc.) since 1986 and has served as the President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of Iteris, Inc. a subsidiary of Iteris Holdings, Inc., since December 1999. Prior to that, he served as the General Manager of the Odetics ITS division (now Iteris, Inc.) from 1996 to 1998, prior to its incorporation. From 1990 to 1996, Mr. Johnson served as the General Manager of the Odetics Customer Service division. Mr. Johnson served in various other capacities with Odetics since joining Odetics in 1974, including the Vice President and General Manager of the Omutec division from 1986 to 1990, the Director of Contracts for the Space division from 1980 to 1986, the Controller of Infodetics, a former subsidiary of Odetics, from 1975 to 1980 and the Controller of Odetics from 1974 to 1975. Prior to joining Odetics, Mr. Johnson served as a certified public accountant with Peat Marwick.

    Gregory Miner

      Gregory Miner is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer for Iteris Holdings, Inc. (formerly Odetics, Inc.), and serves on the Board of Directors. Mr. Miner joined Odetics in 1994, and has more than 20 years of experience in leadership and operations management, strategic planning, capital formation, accounting, financial reporting, and forecasting. Prior to joining Odetics, Mr. Miner served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Laser Precision Corporation, a publicly traded manufacturer of telecommunications test equipment. Mr. Miner is a certified public accountant.

      Joel Slutzky

        Joel Slutzky is Chairman of the Board for Iteris Holdings, Inc. (formerly Odetics, Inc.). Mr. Slutzky has held that position since 1969 when he co-founded Odetics. Odetics has provided products and systems to record spacecraft flight data, expand the capabilities of surveillance video, control the use of public roadways, secure access to public and private facilities, and the storage and delivery of information. Odetics has pioneered in numerous technical areas including spaceborne digital tape recording, time lapse video recording, robotics, automated broadcast systems, large scale digital storage, environmental security systems, encryption key management, and video-based vehicle detection.

        Odetics was voted one of six "most innovative companies" in the United States by the American Electronic Association and is also recognized as one of the best companies in the area of human resource management having been featured in the book "The 100 Best Companies to Work for in America."

        Mr. Slutzky is also Chairman of Iteris, a subsidiary of Iteris Holdings, Inc., and MAXxess Systems. Mr. Slutzky also served on the Board of ATL Products, Inc and on the Board of the American Electronics Association. Mr. Slutzky currently serves on the Board of the Orange County Business Council, KOCE, Future Scientists and Engineers of America, and the Discovery Science Center. Mr. Slutzky is the Chairman of Project Tomorrow; an organization focused on improving K-12 science/math education in Orange County.
